For nearly every market we operate we host a number of competitions, offering local shoppers the opportunity to win vouchers to spend at our tasty continental markets! "The market was great and I loved ALL of the different food stalls, sampled a lot of cheese and ended up spending my vouchers on cheese and pickles, chutneys and also some ginger mead. It started to rain so I treated myself to a hat too. Haven't stopped eating the cheese all weekend as its gorgeous. Will be looking out for the next continental market you put on but I will go with an empty stomach so I can sample more food :-). Thanks again"

Love British Food fortnight

Market Place looks forward to getting involved in the biggest national celebration of British food and drink by showcasing some of our fantastic British traders who will bring the best of Britain to our Continental Markets! The Fortnight kicks off tomorrow ( Saturday 19th September - Sunday 4th October 2015) and during the fortnight, Market Place will be 3 different cities with a great variety of British products: Saltaire Bedazzled Cupcakes have a tasty range of home-made cupcakes Magic Mead- large number of alcoholic flavoured mead wines in beautiful bottles Glasgow The Cheese Board - Cheeses from across the globe The Caramelised Nut Hut- freshly made Caramelised nuts from a local trader Bromley Jimmy Bean - Over 50 different flavoured Fair Trade coffee beans and tea leafs Irvin confectionery- Traditional Sweets including an incredeible range of different flavoured fudge The Wiltshire Chilli Farm - chocolate, jams and sauces all made using homegrown chillis from the traders home....

Sheffield Global Village Market

From Wednesday 6 th - Sunday 10 th July, Market Place will be bringing a huge selection of traders from across the globe to Sheffield for a fantastic 6-day Global Village Market. Shoppers will be spoilt for choice with a great variety of tasty treats and unique crafts and gifts from all over the world! Along Fargate will be the Greek Grill House who along with business owner, Dimitrios will be offering the famous and extremely traditional flavours of Greece.
