Put a Spring in your step with the Continental Market

Spring has arrived at last and it seems Summer is on it’s way. What better way to get in the mood than some alfresco shopping and dining?

The award-wining Continental Market returns to Northern Ireland this month with a visit to Derry/Londonderry, Newtownards, Belfast City Hall and Belfast's Queen Quay with a fantastic selection of traders and products, whilst celebrating Love Your Local Market fortnight!

Join our traders from across the globe as they serve up a variety of mouth-watering treats. Enjoy the exquisite flavours from as far away as Germany, Greece, France, Spain, South Africa, and further afield, all reasons enough to give yourself permission to enjoy some guilty pleasures!

Firm favourite with visitors, the traditional German Schwenkgrill will be serving sizzling Bratwurst and Currywurst sausages straight from the charcoal grill.  Our Dutch pancake stall will be serving mouth-watering delicious bite-size pancakes with lashings of butter and sugar, an extravagance native to their homeland. Enjoy the fresh spices of Thai green curry, exotic meats from around the world or sumptuous pastries from our charming French patisserie.

Once you’ve explored the tastes of the world, why not have an amble around the unique gifts and crafts on offer or relax, take some time out, and put up your feet with a coffee.

They are offering a 6-week rent free period in a bid to attract new traders to the hall and to promote the market as the ideal location for start-up businesses.
