Market Place will be returning to Hanley this April for another celebration of Culture! From Wednesday 13th– Saturday 16th April, Tontine Square and Upper Market Square will be playing home to over 30 different traders who have come from all over the world!
There will be a fantastic selection of crafts and unique gifts at the Continental Market as shoppers can explore a unique range of Jewellery all hand-made from recycled Cutlery and sculptures all the way from Zimbabwe as well as a great selection of wooden carved figurines all Fair Trade and ecologically sourced.
Native Handicraft will be bringing a fantastic range of South American Jewellery and Knitwear. There are sizes to suit all the family and colours and fabrics for all tastes. Native Handicraft also have a beautiful variety of homemade bracelets, dream catchers and musical instruments, many of which you may be able to hear being played during the market!
Visitors will also be able to get their mouths around a huge amount of continental flavour, all authentically sourced and cooked on site and in front of the customer! We will be returning with the huge Traditional German Schwenkegrille with a selection of tasty Bratwurst and Currywursts. Snowdonia Cheese will also be in Hanley with a range of cheeses all from Snowdonia in Wales as there will be a strong representation of France through some delicious French Crepes, Churros and Waffles!
