This is Weingut 11th year in Belfast, proving to be a hit year after year, "I took over the wine business from my father in 1997, with our first Christmas market in UK happening in 1999 in Covent garden, London."

"Since 1997 I took over the wine growing business from My father Rudolf Kochems. He took over the wine estate from his father, who died in the war, and lead it successfully for more than 40 years. 


  
 
Winning more than 250 Gold medals, his clients were the German embassies around the world and the Officers of the British Air Force with their Headquarters in Mnchengladbach, also nearly every single Restaurant nd Bar around Düsseldorf in Germany. 

Since I took over the business, I just sell the mostly dry produced wines from the red grape varieties Pinot noir, Pinot meunier, Dornfelder, Dunkelfelder, Dakapo, and the White ones, Riesling, Goldriesling, Chardonnay, Pinot blanc, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, Bachus and Müller Thurgau just on European events, like the continental markets of Marketplace Europe in the UK."

Original Mulled wine (white and red), straight wine, Blonde angel, apple punch. The original mulled wine is made from straight wine, produced in our own vineyards alongside the famous Moselle valley. The white one with about 90% Riesling and 10% Chardonnay grape, we add 22 spices and herbs (own receipe), and some sugar. The red variety is done by using about 90% of Dornfelder and 10 % Pinot noir, just 20 different spices and herbs & some sugar makes it really special. No colourants, no preservatives, no aromatiches, no additives, no hangover, no headache,Just pure nature in the mug.
