The Belfast Christmas Grotto

With the much awaited for Belfast Christmas Market starting next week (Saturday 14th November - Sunday 20th December 2015) we are thrilled to announce Santa will also be returning to his grotto!


Welcoming families to his beautiful and cosy grotto, Santa will be happily chatting to all visitors as well as giving some small goodies to those who have been good this year! This year the Lord Mayor has selected The Children’s Cancer Unit as the official Grotto Charity with all donations made, given to the charity for their fantastic work.

"The Children’s Cancer Unit Charity exists solely to support the work of the Children’s Cancer and Haematology Unit at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children and their families.

The Children’s Cancer and Haematology Unit cares for children up to the age of 16 with cancer and blood disorders. Around 50 new patients with malignant conditions are seen every year. A similar number are assessed for benign conditions such as sickle cell and low blood count."

  • Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm 
  • Saturday 10am - 7pm 
  • Sunday 1pm - 6pm

Sheffield Global Village Market

From Wednesday 6 th - Sunday 10 th July, Market Place will be bringing a huge selection of traders from across the globe to Sheffield for a fantastic 6-day Global Village Market. Shoppers will be spoilt for choice with a great variety of tasty treats and unique crafts and gifts from all over the world!
