Love British Food fortnight

Market Place looks forward to getting involved in the biggest national celebration of British food and drink by showcasing some of our fantastic British traders who will bring the best of Britain to our Continental Markets!

The Fortnight kicks off tomorrow (Saturday 19th September - Sunday 4th October 2015) and during the fortnight, Market Place will be 3 different cities with a great variety of British products:

Saltaire
  • Bedazzled Cupcakes have a tasty range of home-made cupcakes
  • Magic Mead- large number of alcoholic flavoured mead wines in beautiful bottles
Glasgow

  • The Cheese Board - Cheeses from across the globe
  • The Caramelised Nut Hut- freshly made Caramelised nuts from a local trader

Bromley
  • Jimmy Bean - Over 50 different flavoured Fair Trade coffee beans and tea leafs
  • Irvin confectionery- Traditional Sweets including an incredeible range of different flavoured fudge
  • The Wiltshire Chilli Farm - chocolate, jams and sauces all made using homegrown chillis from the traders home.   

    Harborough Market 
    Our indoor market in Market Harborough has a whole host of British traders with a great selection of British food including fresh fruit and veg, confectionery, jams and flavours, cakes made to order in store, a traditional Butcher and even some tasty treats for your dogs!
