Harborough Market Britain's ‘Best Small Indoor Market’ at prestigeous Industry Awards

The markets industry gathered this week in Birmingham for the National Association of British Market Authorities Great British Market A wards 2016 , r egarded by many as the jew el in the industry awards crown and Harborough Market came out on top. The daily market took the coveted title of ‘Best Small Indoor Market 2016 ’ beating off stiff competition at the ceremony held in Birmingham Council House and attended b y High Street and Markets Minister Marcus Jones MP .    Since its re-opening in 2014 under the management of Market Place, Harborough Market Hall has fast secured its place in the heart of the community, representing hundreds of local independent businesses each week . Market Place win ‘Best Large Speciality Market’ at prestigeous industry awards

The markets industry gathered this week in Birmingham for the National Association of British Market Authorities Great British Market Awards 2016 , regarded by many as the jewel i n the crown of industry awards . At this year’s ceremony , attended by High Street and Markets Minister Marcus Jones MP , Market Place, the UK’s largest specialist market operators had cause for celebration. From Wednesday 9th March to Sunday 13th March 2016 the Old Market Square will be home to an array of Continental traders, bringing a burst of flavour all the way from South Africa, Germany, Greece and more!
