Lincoln High Street is to welcome Continental flavours and International craft this Autumn

Market Place is returning to Lincoln this September with the award winning Continental market from Thursday 29thSeptember to Sunday 2nd October 2016. With over twenty traders from all over the world, there is bound to be something for the whole family, as the sounds, smells and atmosphere will be drawing shoppers in.  




Some of the delicious treats which will be tempting visitors include Mediterranean tapas, over 50 different flavoured coffee beans and tea leaves, Spanish paella, Greek gyros and moussaka, Welsh hog roast, French crepes, Dutch cheeses and even Churros!







There will also be a fantastic selection of crafts and Gifts at the Continental Market, representing a number of different countries and the very best they have to offer. G and G Global Gift Collection will be in Lincoln with a variety of Fairtrade hand crafted wooden animal figurines, Mr Hudson will be presenting a range of Italian silk scarves, Amber Silver has a variety of beautiful amber jewellery sourced from the Baltic Sea as Kiec Gardens will be here with homemade Flower pot people, bringing real character to the Continental Market.

Thursday to Saturday: 09:00 to 18:00
Sunday 10:00 to 17:00

Sheffield Global Village Market

From Wednesday 6 th - Sunday 10 th July, Market Place will be bringing a huge selection of traders from across the globe to Sheffield for a fantastic 6-day Global Village Market. Shoppers will be spoilt for choice with a great variety of tasty treats and unique crafts and gifts from all over the world! Along Fargate will be the Greek Grill House who along with business owner, Dimitrios will be offering the famous and extremely traditional flavours of Greece. After owning a busy restaurant in Zante, Dimitrios believes his tasty Greek foods are so popular because they take you back to your holiday as all ingredients from the Pitta Bread and flour used to the cooking methods are all traditional and authentic. Bringing the very best flavours, crafts and goodies, there is bound to be something for everyone at this family friendly event. Hungry shoppers will have plenty of culinary delicacies to choose from including authentic French cheeses, Spanish paella cooked to a traditional family recipe, Italian pizza cooked in a wood fire oven at the market, delicious Greek gyros, succulent hog roast and even Thai noodles! Why not test your taste buds by visiting the Wiltshire Chilli Farm with a range of products made from their own homegrown chillis including jams, sauces, salts, peppers and even chilli chocolates.
